Workflows

Workflows are a way to automate and manage processes in CityLaw / CountyLaw. They are triggered by specific events, such as creating a new matter, adding a new document to a matter, changing assigned staff, or updating a status. Workflows are created and maintained by System Administrators using the System Management module.
