The following are descriptions of the training solutions available for CLW users. Please note the times provided are estimates and are used for scheduling purposes. For all live remote training sessions, it is best to limit those sessions to 4 participants or less, whenever possible, so everyone is able to ask questions or request additional assistance or demonstration as needed.

General User Training Course
- Available 24/7 at General User Training Course
- The videos in this course take a total of 1 hour to watch.
- This is appropriate for all users and provides a solid introduction to CLW.
General User Live Remote Training
- Training lasts about 2 hours.
- This is appropriate for all users and covers the content in the Training Course.
System Administrator Live Remote Training
- Training lasts about 1 hour.
- Only users designated by the Account Authorization Form as System Administrators may take this training.
- This covers all the basic System Administrator tasks, including user management, matter access, and basic system code maintenance.
Template Live Remote Training
- Training lasts about 1 hour.
- This is designed for users that work closely with templates in CLW.
- This covers editing existing templates, creating new templates, and adding or editing template macros.
Specialty Live Remote Training
- Specialty training is done in 1 hour blocks.
- This training may be used by any user type for any purpose. It is often used for System Administrator advanced tasks, specific module training, reporting options, etc.
